Salon Policies

Consultations

Are offered by all our therapists free of charge. Booking is required. A detailed description of the treatment will be given with full analysis to ensure the correct service is provided. A fee will be charged when consulting with our in salon cosmetic doctor.

Appointments

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. We would ask you to arrive 5-10 min prior to having facial or body treatments. If you are late we may not be able to fit you in, but we will gladly reschedule you or alternatively we can offer you a shortened service.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to other clients, if you need to cancel an appointment we will request a minimum of 24hrs notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged.

Smoking

Hair nail and beauty operates a no smoking policy.

Home Visits

Can be arranged for wedding make-up and certain treatments. Details given when booking.

Patch Testing

Treatment that require a patch test 24 hr prior to treatments are: Opening times

Mon 10am – 5 pm
Tues 10am – 5pm
Wed 10am – 5pm
Thurs 10am – 8pm
Fri 10am – 5pm
Sat 10am – 5pm


Opening times can be flexible.
